Back in L.A for a few weeks. Been fun so far.

Crashing in Venice, though slammed with project stuff. It’s also annoyingly cold.

That said, loving seeing the friends I’ve been able to, and reacquainting with the weird college town vibe that is L.A.

Excited to figure out which warm location I’ll be bouncing too next. Starting to get the itch to be back in the jungle...

Also, 1st video course is almost done. Excited to share soon.

I finally saw the lava.
Some of these pics were taken with someone else’s camera.

Last pic is an indigenous board game from Hawaii (learned one Kauai) called Konane. It’s checkers mixed with Go but not. Very easy to learn and all about resourceful thinking until who gets the last move.

I love it here. Definitely going to make Hawaii part of whatever “home” is... and hitting L.A on October 27 for a short while.

Made it to Oahu. Another Hawaiian Island. This one

Made it to Oahu. Another Hawaiian Island. This one was like L.A became an island I’m prettier nature. Managed to link up with two of my favorite humans (Kayla and Tommy if you recognize them from various events and things in Tulum) and we squoze in a few mini adventures before parting ways.

Landed in Kauai today as Oahu wasn’t grabbing me, and I’m already in love with it.

Will record some pretty adventures and perhaps the odd rudely named thing or similar.

Volcano visit.
I gazed upon the volcano’s sphincter. It was closed.

No visible lava. A few gifts of smoke. It was fun. They don’t let you get close unfortunately (or fortunately, depending).

Also went into a lava tube, and then walked among the lava river of the last eruption. That shit was crazy. Black crackly rock for visible miles.

People who have land built atop lava have found if you grab a twig and jam it into the lava, it’ll grow into something pretty fast. Something about the Earth’s hot spew being somehow super nutrient dense.

More Hawaii pics.

Figured I’d throw a mix together. Turns out there’s a bit that looks it’s on the moon. The waterfall is Akaka Falls (lol) and the beaches here are stunning. Even the rocky ones.
